We accept returns and exchanges:
All software and gift card sales are final. Unopened merchandise in original packaging, with original accouterments, and original receipt will be accepted for refund or exchange if the item(s) are returned within the first 30 consecutive days of the purchase date printed on the original receipt. There will be no returns or exchanges issued on used, and/or worn items and electronics (Unless, there is an investigated and documented manufacturer defect.). Any augmented, distorted, copied, or otherwise illegible original receipts will not be accepted. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Returning items In-Store:
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and explain whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return/exchange, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Returning items online:
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time (usually 48 hours), whether you are entitled to a return/exchange. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

You can return or exchange items if they are defective upon arrival. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at [405-974-3680] or [email protected] with details of the product and the defect.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
